Live & Learn consults for the National Empowerment Center (NEC) in developing capacity for tracking and evaluating peer respites and crisis alternatives, and providing technical assistance to peer respites.

Under contract with the California Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, the California Association of Mental Health Peer-Run Organizations' (CAMHPRO) partnered with Live & Learn to develop methods to evaluate the impact of advocacy on mental health policy and services in the State of California.

CAMHPRO outlines a brief history of the peer movement in Mental Health Consumer Movement 101: The story of a social change movement and developed a Glossary of Mental Health System Terms.

Live & Learn provides expertise in peer support program design and evaluation to Trinity County, California, which recently received funds for a peer respite home through the California Health Facilities Financing Authority (CHFFA) and the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA).
